1. How do I register for the TurnKey Conference? (top)

• Complete and submit the form found in the print edition of ALN® Magazine or
• Use our convenient online form.

2. How much does it cost to attend the conference? (top)

3. How many people are expected to attend? (top)

Typical attendance is around 300.

4. What overnight accommodations are available? (top)

The 2009 TurnKey Conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio, San Antonio, TX. See the hotel section of this site for details, including hotel discounts for TurnKey attendees.

Please note that your conference registration fee does NOT include overnight accommodations, attendees must make their own hotel reservations.

5. How do I find the hotel/conference site? (top)

6. When and where do I sign in, once I'm at the TurnKey conference site? (top)

Registration will be held in the conference area on Monday, April 13, 2009 (hours to be posted) and Tuesday, April 14, 2009 beginning at 7AM. Just follow the signs once you're at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio hotel.

7. What are the conference hours? (top)

Tuesday, April 14, 2009 and Wednewday, April 15, 2009 (hours to be posted). A cocktail reception will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2009.

8. Will TurnKey attendees be provided with name badges? (top)

Yes. All conference participants must wear name badges while in the conference area. Exhibitors and Speakers will be provided ribbons consistent with their level of registration to display with their name badge.

9. Will vendors/exhibitors be in attendance? (top)

Yes. Industry-specific vendors will be exhibiting in an area adjacent to the TurnKey conference sessions, presenting the latest products, services, and technologies.

Exhibit hours are Tuesday, April 13, 2009 (hours to be posted) and Wednesday, April 14, 2009 (hours to be posted).

10. What breaks are scheduled throughout each day? (top)

Breakfast, lunch, and two breaks per day will be held in the exhibit area.
