1. How do I sign up to exhibit at the TurnKey Conference? (top)

2. How do I make payment, and when is it due? (top)

Payment is due when your registration contract is sent in. Checks should be made payable to: Vicon Publishing, Inc. Mail to: TurnKey Conference, Vicon Publishing Inc, 4 Limbo Lane, Amherst, NH 03031.

Please note that we also accept Mastercard, VISA, and American Express cards.

3. What are table fees, and what do they include? (top)

• The exhibit space is tabletop only. No free standing displays will be allowed on the floor.

• Each tabletop includes: conference registration for two attendees (including breakfasts, lunches, breaks, and cocktail reception); one 6’ draped table; two chairs; and company listing in the conference program. Each additional exhibitor/attendee is $400.00, not to exceed three additional attendees, for a total of five exhibitor/attendees.

4. How is exhibitor table space assigned? (top)

Table spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We will do our best to accommodate your location preferences.

5. How close is the Exhibitor area to the general session area? (top)

The TurnKey Conference exhibit area and conference sessions are in adjacent meeting rooms that exit into a common lobby area.

6. How many people are expected to attend the conference? (top)

Typical attendance is around 300.

7. What overnight accommodations are available? (top)

The 2011 TurnKey Conference will be held at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront, Baltimore, MD. See the hotel section of this site for details, including hotel discounts for TurnKey exhibitors and attendees.

8. How do I find the hotel/conference site? (top)

10. Can I get electricity and an Internet connection at my table? (top)

Yes. Details will be provided in the 2011 TurnKey Exhibitor Packet, which is mailed to all Turnkey Conference exhibitors.

11. When and where do I sign in, once I'm at the TurnKey conference site? (top)

Exhibitor registration will be held in the conference area on Wednesday, April 13, 2011 7:00-9:00PM and Thursday, April 14, 2010, beginning at 7:30AM. Just follow the signs once you're at the hotel.

12. What breaks are scheduled throughout each day? (top)

Breakfast, lunch, and two breaks per day will be held in the exhibit area.

13. Will TurnKey exhibitors be provided with name badges? (top)

Yes. All conference participants must wear name badges while in the conference area. Exhibitors and Speakers will be provided ribbons consistent with their level of registration to display with their name badge.

14. What are the show hours, and when can I set up/take down my table? (top)

Setup time: Wednesday, April 13 Time:7:00pm.

Exhibit Hours: Thursday, April 14th from 8:00am-5:00, Friday, April 15th from 8:00am-2:00pm

Exhibit breakdown: Friday, April 15th 2:00pm

A cocktail reception for all exhibitors, speakers, and attendees will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2010 at 5:30pm.

15. Are exhibitors invited to the programs, and what is the appropriate dress attire? (top)

Exhibitors are entitled to attend conference sessions, meals, and social events. Dress is business casual.

16. Will TurnKey exhibitors receive a list of attendees at the close of the conference? (top)

Yes. A 2011 TurnKey Conference attendee list will be provided to all exhibitors after the conference.

17. Is the TurnKey Conference exhibitor area secured after hours? (top)

The exhibitor area is secured and locked after hours. Additional security will be provided during conference hours..

18. How else can I promote my company at the 2011 TurnKey Conference? (top)
