- To receive early discount, payment must accompany registration. The registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, cocktail reception, breakfast, lunch and breaks on both days.

Policy on Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
You may make substitutions at any time. Changes to registrations must be received by Vicon Business Media, Inc. in writing. Please notify us as soon as possible. Request for refunds will not be considered.
3. How many people are expected to attend?
Typical attendance is around 300.
4. What overnight accommodations are available?
The 2012 TurnKey Conference will be held at the Hilton Baltimore hotel. See the hotel section of this site for details, including hotel discounts for TurnKey attendees. We strongly encourage attendees to book their hotel stay with the Hilton Baltimore hotel in order to maximize all opportunities to network with peers and subject matter experts all the while gaining as much knowledge as possible during the two-days.
Please note that your conference registration fee does NOT include overnight accommodations, attendees must make their own hotel reservations.

6. When and where do I sign in, once I'm at the TurnKey conference site?
Registration will be held in the conference area on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm and on Thursday, April 12, 2012 beginning at 7:30 am. Just follow the signs once you're at the hotel.
7. What are the conference hours?
Conference hours will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2012 from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm and on Friday, April 13, 2012 from 8:00 am-4:00 pm. A cocktail reception will be held on Thursday, April 12, 2012 from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm in the Conference Exhibit Area.
8. Will TurnKey attendees be provided with name badges?
Yes. All conference participants must wear name badges while in the conference area. Exhibitors and Speakers will be provided ribbons consistent with their level of registration to display with their name badge. Please be sure to recycle your name badge pouch at the conclusion of the conference. Collection bins will be clearly marked.
9. Will vendors/exhibitors be in attendance?
- Yes. Industry-specific vendors will be exhibiting in an area adjacent to the TurnKey conference sessions, presenting the latest products, services, and technologies.
- The Exhibit Area will be open on Thursday, April 12, 2012 from 7:45 am-5:00 pm and on Friday, April 13, 2012 from 8:00 am-2:00 pm.
10. What breaks are scheduled throughout each day?
Breakfast, lunch, and breaks will be held in the Exhibit Area.
